When using STRIDER on a PalmOS PDA, you must Hot Sync TWO files to your PDA. First, you need the Java Virtual Machine for PalmOS (it only needs to be installed once; if you have installed it for a previous
Strider survey, you do not need to do this again.). You can obtain this software here:
Once you Hot Sync this file, you can then Hot Sync the Strider survey file (StriderPDA.prc) given to you by your scheduler.
After completing the survey, Hot Sync you PDA, and find the STRIDER PDB
file, which should be located in your PDA's "backup" directory. Upload
this file to http://uploads.sassieshop.com . PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE
NOT COMPLETED THE SHOP UNTIL YOU SUCCESSFULLY UPLOAD THIS FILE. |

| To fill out the form on a desktop or laptop computer, you must download
the appropriate STRIDER desktop software for your operating system. You
can obtain this software here:
Once you download and install the software (which may attempt to install a Java Virtual Machine if you do not already have one installed), you can open the Strider
Form file (.sfm), and answer the survey questions. You can save your
responses at any time by clicking the "Save" button. This will create a
Strider Response file (.srp). The next time you open Strider, you can
continue where you left off by going to "File" "Recent Files" and
selecting the form you were working on.
When you have completed the survey, click "Finish". This will do a final
check on your responses, and give you more instructions on how to upload
the shop. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE NOT
COMPLETED THE SHOP UNTIL YOU SUCCESSFULLY FINISH AND UPLOAD THE
RESPONSES. |
